At Vixen Investigations, all other specialist or bespoke services are provided following an initial consultation, during which we agree the scope of work and the associated fee.

Pricing is determined by the complexity of the case, the level of enquiry required and any additional resources needed, ensuring every client receives a transparent, tailored quotation aligned to their specific circumstances.

Base Rate

Our base rate for services is £50 per hour.

The cost of each case is determined by your specific requirements and the estimated time needed, with a full upfront quote provided before any work begins. Any additional work will be fully quoted and paid for prior to commencement.

Field Investigation Trace

£50 per hour

If a desk‑based trace is unsuccessful, the case can be escalated to a Field Investigation involving discreet, on‑the‑ground checks to verify information. As travel, geography and depth of enquiries vary, Field Investigation work is quoted individually.

Proposal Acceptance

& Payment

We will provide you with a clear written investigative strategy tailored to your circumstances, detailing the proposed approach, expected stages of work and any relevant considerations. Alongside this, we will provide a fixed‑cost quotation so you have full transparency before any work begins.

Once you are satisfied and agree with the client proposal, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance. Upon agreement, payment is made to formally commence the instructed work.
