Our services are provided at a standard rate of £60 per hour.
Each instruction is assessed individually, with fees based on your specific requirements and the time involved. A clear, fully itemised quotation will always be provided before work begins, and any additional work will be discussed, agreed, and quoted separately in advance. Clients may also set an agreed cost cap from the outset, ensuring complete transparency, clarity, and confidence with no unexpected fees.

A complimentary initial consultation, allowing you to share the details of your situation and discuss the services you may need. This can be by phone, email or in person.
We will provide you with a clear written investigative strategy tailored to your circumstances, detailing the proposed approach, expected stages of work and any relevant considerations. Alongside this, we will provide a fixed‑cost quotation so you have full transparency before any work begins.
Once you are happy with the proposed service and quotation, you will be invited to confirm your instructions and sign the necessary consent documentation. Following acceptance, payment is required to formally authorise and commence the agreed work.
